The idea of nature within cities has always been conceived as small, centralised green nuclei, isolated and surrounded by buildings. Nowadays, it is rare that there is a real dialogue between both sides, where there are no limits clearly marking the dichotomy between the natural and the human.

Despite this conception and this denaturalisation associated with the urbanisation of cities, the constant has always been that people value and need this contact with nature. The link exists and is very beneficial for us: the logical thing to do is to seek a balance and strengthen it.

This is the idea behind Málaga Circular. This is why it proposes a new urbanism, which arises as a result of the search for a solution that advocates reconnection with nature and the environment, which seeks that connection with the relief and the landscape, a return to ancient values where the natural prevailed over the human. It does not forget the environment and proposes a less invasive intervention that is more integrated with the place, with a lower degree of environmental and visual impact. Sustainable urban planning that respects the orography and the landscape.

The result is a groundbreaking concept that blurs the boundaries between nature and urban planning, forging a symbiotic relationship between the two. In this innovative vision, Malaga seamlessly integrates with the Círculo, and vice versa, creating a fluid exchange where the project not only adapts to its surroundings but also transforms them into integral components of its identity.

Through thoughtful design and meticulous planning, the project embodies a sense of belonging, as it seamlessly incorporates elements from its surroundings, embracing the city's spirit while simultaneously leaving its mark on Malaga's skyline. It is a testament to the power of architecture to not only shape physical spaces but also to foster a sense of community and belonging within them.

The new residential area La Ribera is related to the neighborhoods that surround it through nature, through a large river park that will act as the backbone of the project.

The Guadalix river becomes the axis from which the project starts and the great river park of La Ribera which grows towards the urbanization naturalizing the neighborhood. The pedestrian connections to the great river park will be essential to be able to enjoy nature in a much more pleasant way than the current one.

Thanks to the natural level change in the area, the staggered housing allows us to achieve 100% views of the River Park and the Cuenca Alta del Manzanares Regional Park.

Green acts as a natural filter for the environment and helps to bring nature closer, on different scales, to the entire Ribera.

The overarching strategy for the landscape focuses on a multifaceted approach aimed at enhancing the overall quality of life and sustainability within the city. At its core lies a commitment to promoting the public use and climatic comfort of green spaces, recognizing them not only as aesthetically pleasing areas but also as essential elements for mitigating urban heat islands, improving air quality, and fostering biodiversity.

One key aspect of this strategy involves increasing leisure and recreational opportunities within the urban landscape. By creating inviting green spaces, parks, and recreational facilities, the city aims to provide residents with ample opportunities for relaxation, physical activity, and social interaction.

Furthermore, enhancing accessibility and strengthening rural-urban linkages is integral to ensuring equitable access to green spaces and recreational amenities for all residents.

Additionally, raising awareness of the intricate relationship between nature, biodiversity, and society is a fundamental component of the strategy. By highlighting the importance of ecosystem goods and services, such as clean air, water purification, and pollination, the city aims to foster a deeper appreciation for the natural environment and encourage stewardship among its residents.

Overall, the landscape strategy represents a holistic approach to urban planning that prioritizes sustainability, community well-being, and the preservation of natural and cultural assets. Through thoughtful design, inclusive planning processes, and ongoing public engagement, the city seeks to create vibrant, resilient, and livable environments for present and future generations.

Coral Garden is an urban development that seeks to create an area around an existing golf course in the area of Cabeza de Toro. Large single-family complexes have been developed around the area with the same concept, the differentiating component of the proposal focuses on composing a central focus of services around which multi-family residential and hotel grounds are positioned.

The proposal encompasses different phases in which the reserve for open spaces and amenities is of vital importance.  The pre-existing sports facilities leave behind special views such as the large lake, which gives value to the surrounding land. The road system is contemplated as 2 large road circulation rings and three radial axes that connect them to the service centre.

The proposal aims to capitalize on the land's economic potential while setting itself apart from neighboring complexes through a unique value proposition. By establishing clear design guidelines, the goal is to define the character and essence of this new community. These guidelines will shape everything from architectural design to urban infrastructure, ensuring a cohesive and compelling identity. The focus is on creating added value that goes beyond functionality and aesthetics, fostering a sense of place that resonates with residents and visitors. Through innovative design and curated amenities, the development aims to become a vibrant and desirable destination, maximizing economic potential while leaving a lasting legacy.

Los Ángeles de San Rafael stands out as one of Europe's most ambitious projects, both in terms of its expansive surface area and its pioneering approach to urban planning. Spanning six phases, the development aims to construct 8000 homes within the breathtaking natural setting of the Guadarrama mountain range, renowned for its pristine air quality and scenic beauty.

From the layout of streets and infrastructure to the design of individual homes and communal spaces, every aspect of the development is thoughtfully considered to minimize environmental impact and maximize sustainability. Green spaces, parks, and recreational areas are seamlessly integrated into the fabric of the community, providing residents with ample opportunities to connect with nature and enjoy outdoor activities.

In essence, Los Ángeles de San Rafael represents a bold vision for sustainable development, where the protection and celebration of the natural environment are paramount. By embracing nature as the main character and guiding principle, the project aims to create a truly harmonious and enriching living environment for generations to come.

With three phases already consolidated, urban planning has begun for the following phases, where a model of sustainable urban planning has been designed, in line with the best urban planning practices on the international scene, which promotes the health and well-being of living in an environment of zero pollution, together with the innovation and comfort of the latest technology in housing. Nearly three quarters of the area will remain untouched.

It is a dynamic, long-term planning scheme that provides a conceptual design to guide future growth and development.

Dreams are dreams...until they come true.

As a green rug, a big extension of pines extends along the Atlantic coast in one of the best residential location in southern Spain. Our architecture merges with the environment turning smoothly and respecting the existing nature all along, reminding to the local species of chameleon, Khamai. The luxury atmosphere created with customized designed units, cozy and comfortable common spaces, with pools, gardens and sport areas, brings to tenants a wonderful living experience.  A mixed-use development based on residential and hospitality with the highest standards of finishes. An exclusive community a few metres away to the sea, with a completed connection home & nature.

Khamai Hotel II is an exclusive building that will have 118 rooms, including 9 suites. In total, more than 15,000m2 built above ground, of which 7,000m2 do not count as buildable thanks to the design strategy carried out with arcades and terraces.

The hotel has 119 underground parking spaces. Other facilities are: 3 outdoor pools, SPA, gym, flexible space for events and art gallery. It also has a flexible business center, coffee shop and restaurants.

In essence, Khamai Hotel II embodies a synthesis of luxury, functionality, and aesthetic appeal, offering guests an unparalleled hospitality experience that seamlessly blends comfort, convenience, and sophistication.

In the case of this project, we were developing our 10th design when we did a very basic reasoning. The terrain is steep, which creates retaining walls, the houses border neighbours and are separated by walls to guarantee their privacy... whatever we do, therefore, our project will have a disruptive component in the form of walls if we do not manage to integrate them into the architecture... then let's make those walls our architecture!

From this point, the formal development took a leap. The idea is so global that it allows the different typological variants, their walls and their common areas to be resolved with the same leitmotif. To achieve the continuity of the walls, we play with their inclination, so that, like the logo, each parcel wall folds to form the walls of the dwellings and their eaves.

Another idea that differentiates our project is that the row houses are not "slices" as they usually are, but rather, thanks to the generating idea, they are sets of interwoven pieces.

The building density is very high, which makes it difficult to open common areas, but by adjusting the houses and plots, taking advantage of the breaks and unique areas of the plot we have achieved common areas that differentiate them.

With the idea of bringing the water and the beach closer to the houses that are immediately disconnected from them, we have created artificial lakes with sand on the plots. This solution, in addition to providing the service of bringing the bathing and relaxation area closer to the homes with a greater degree of security and exclusivity than the beach, has landscape components of unquestionable value.

The proposal emphasizes the importance of the sea as a key selling point along the Spanish coast. To enhance this aspect, the plan suggests bringing the beach experience directly to the urbanization by constructing a crystal lagoon. This feature offers an exclusive opportunity for residents to enjoy beach-like amenities within the development, without the maintenance costs associated with individual pools. The concept draws inspiration from historical trends of European kings seeking innovative and modern palaces, with cutting-edge technology. Looking ahead, the focus shifts towards sustainability and environmental responsibility, reflecting the evolving priorities of society. This century is characterized by a renewed connection with nature, a push for emissions reduction, and a growing demand for socially responsible investments. By aligning with these values, the development aims to appeal to a generation increasingly concerned about environmental impact and sustainability.

Prefabrication, increasingly present in our architecture, is, along with energy efficiency and the study of materials, as well as a clear saving of construction time, an additional step towards sustainability and respect for natural resources.

Based on these reflections “Islas de Sol” is born, with a coherent brand image and a development that takes advantage of its possibilities generating market value for the intervention, and with solid principles of sustainability and customer orientation that govern all its small decisions.

Welcome to The Town, a place where every corner is designed to improve the quality of life of its inhabitants. The Town is articulated around open public spaces that invite to the interrelation and community life, as it happens in the villages designed by the community for centuries. These spaces, endowed with identity, have a recognizable name that will help its inhabitants to recognize and differentiate them.

The design of The Town has been taken care of individually and globally, having a common thread that generates, from the grooves of the facades, the geometry of the squares and streets. We have used the geometry that is imposed on us by regulations of sloping roofs, and instead of hiding them or making them timid, and we have used them as DNA of the geometry of the dwellings. Each housing model has a different shape and different size, but all have the same genetics, and can be considered as isolated entities or as cells of a single organism that covers the land on which it sits.

Each house in The Town will be personalized. For this purpose, different housing models have been generated grouped by size S, M, L, XL XXL and a system has been devised that allows the realization of the program with requested S and L homes, but also makes it possible to adapt the promotion to specific demands of the clients and exchange housing types as if they were beadwork.

The optimization of the unevenness of the land in order to achieve better views and achieve privacy in homes, its sustainable design, its technical quality, the care of the interior spaces of homes, the versatility of them and the uniqueness provided by the types of housing that make up The Town, make it a place worthy of being visited and inhabited.

El Higuerón is located in the municipality of Fuengirola, very close to the municipal boundary with Benalmádena. The location of the plot has both sea and mountain views.

In this project we focused on fragmentation but with elements linked together to form a unit, the adaptation to the terrain and its responsive form.

The proposed dwellings respond to a lifestyle that will condition the surrounding environment. The interior spaces will be open and the terraces will be the natural extension of the interior spaces. Therefore, the views are fundamental. The treatment of the roads, common areas and green corridors will be analysed.

The climate allows the use of open spaces most of the year, so the façades will be permeable to both views and use.

The dwellings always have at least one master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Several typologies are developed due to the diversity of implantation situations that exist. There are homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. Ground floors with garden, duplexes or penthouses.

Zenda is a landscaping and urban development project characterised by being the link between Boadilla del Monte and Pozuelo de Alarcón. Zenda will connect Monte de las Encinas with the existing cattle track, forming a green belt until joining the new Pozuelo facilities.

This connection, together with the Zenda project, will make Montegancedo an exclusive, safe, green, sustainable and attractive area, not only for the inhabitants of Pozuelo de Alarcón, but also for those of Boadilla del Monte, thus favouring the economy of the municipality of origin.

In this way, Zenda becomes the green lung of Pozuelo, an urban connector and a focus of natural and leisure attraction for its inhabitants and visitors. In short, a complementary development and improvement to the Partial Plan previously developed for Montegancedo..

We architects adore the film "The Fountainhead". We don't care if the film is more or less brilliant, if it reflects the reality of Frank Lloyd Wright's life or if Gary Cooper gives the best of his performances... that poor idealist is "one of us". No one will be surprised, therefore, by the choice of the name of the proposal over "The Stream", "Shamrock", "The Valley" or others that were put on the table. The name also comes from the fact that few architects have emphasised the integration of architecture and nature as much as the great Frank Lloyd Wright in his house by the waterfall. We too, at our level, have tried to achieve the best possible integration and enhancement of our architecture with the river space that adds value and uniqueness to our plots

Creating is very hard; it is difficult as a production process, as it forces you to research and zigzag instead of going in a straight line... it costs more to explain it, it costs more to develop it... but when you manage to make something new, explain it well and materialise it well, you are giving your work an intangible value which is the value of  "uniqueness".

I'm not going to deceive you, we develop unique designs from scratch despite the cost of their realization, because we like it... but we do it convinced that this effort results in a real value for our customers. Our proposal was born at the crossroads of trying to achieve maximum adaptability of the homes to the plot, maximum luminosity by multiplying the metres of façade and introducing light into the heart of the home, the best characterisation and structuring of the individual plots, ensuring that all the living rooms have three orientations and facilitating that 100% of the homes and communal areas have views that take advantage of our exceptional location. The result is a new concept of residential housing in both form and substance, with that aroma of a brand new car.

As in that fabulous feature film directed by Robert Redford, the river of life offers a common thread that unites everything. And we are not only talking about urban planning, where the plots feed off each other and link to the rhythm of the water, but the architecture is designed based on that sinuous course that is reflected in the facades, providing in turn elements that define the characteristics of a sustainable building. And we also find it in the design of parks and gardens, where the reuse of water is the conceptual pillar of its layouts.

And in the end, like every river, the mouth arrives, the formation of a space where water unites everything: the place where our elders will contemplate the sloops sailing in the artificial lake, the children playing happily in the natural parks, the places of leisure from which good vibrations emanate, all this as the culmination of this proposal where the movement is circular and organic, time folds to allow changing sensations without changing places and space at all times is a reference to Life, to a River.

What is garden?

A new way of living. Creating a city, a space where you can develop your working life, leisure, rest, enjoyment... in the same place.

Connection to services less than 15 minutes away and connection to the centre of Madrid thanks to public transport.

Mixed use

Hybrid and synergetic destinations, multi-use districts and spaces to interact 24 hours a day. The possibility of a different urban lifestyle.

A space for intergenerational interaction. A new product in the housing market that is booming in other countries.

Landscape that blends in with the buildings, creating a natural atmosphere. An environment protected by vegetation, which generates spaces for meetings, sports... forming this small city. This vegetation climbs up to the houses creating an oasis inside and outside the house, comfortable and healthy.

Housing, a differential product designed for every moment of your life, a space for young people, seniors and older people with common spaces to interact and learn. Nature joins the development thanks to the geometry designed and its large terraces, which blend in with nature.

El Encinar de los Reyes is an urbanization located in the Hortaleza district of Madrid. The sector is one of the last unscheduled urbanizable land ordered by the Madrid General Plan, which provides a privileged situation in terms of connections with existing networks, services and activities.

The new proposal connects the adjoining sectors (Sanchinarro + Valdebebas + El Encinar) at different levels: road, pedestrian and cyclable. At the same time, El Encinar de los Reyes is configured as a major public space that is part of the Metropolitan Forest and that improves the urban life of the environment.

The future development introduces new uses within the pre-existing urban framework  of El Encinar that reactivate and improve local urban life, avoiding decentralization and population displacement.

CORALLS is a urban development composed by a mix of buildings, each with a different use. This design provides to the community a space for apartment blocks, housing units, senior living, offices, leisure, student housing and college.

New urban center: as a coral organically forms, CORALLS composition is based on nodes and axes, the nodes being public and open spaces that through the design, form connections between them.

The project shapes the city by creating a connection within the buildings and Palma, regenerating nature, the existing vegetation and wetland, reactivating the economic activity and urbanization, creating a sense of community and giving an added value to what was before CORALLS.

Traditionally, the integration of nature within urban landscapes has been limited to small, centralized green spaces, often isolated and encircled by towering buildings. However, Zenda presents a paradigm shift in urban planning by embracing a new concept of urbanism—one that emerges from a profound desire to reconnect with nature and the environment.

Rather than relegating green spaces to the periphery of cityscapes, Zenda seeks to weave nature seamlessly throughout the urban fabric, creating a symbiotic relationship between built structures and natural elements. This approach prioritizes the integration of greenery into every aspect of urban design, from streetscapes and public squares to residential areas and commercial developments.

Through innovative design strategies and thoughtful planning, Zenda endeavors to create a city where residents can live, work, and play in close proximity to nature, enjoying the benefits of greenery, fresh air, and natural beauty in their daily lives. This holistic approach to urbanism not only enhances the quality of life for residents but also contributes to the overall sustainability and resilience of the cityscape.

The result is a Master Plan in which coexist nature and urbanism. Where Montegancedo enters Zenda, and where Zenda enters Montegancedo, so that the project incorporates and makes its own

the environment. An organic and fluid network of paths that

manages to sew pre-existing and intervention, healing the urbanization and managing to clog the urban framework.

Any beautiful project ended up trivialized by the size of the intervention, by its linearity. We realized that, as happens in the chaotic beautiful Mediterranean towns, the buildings had to give prominence to the whole. Without a first global order, we would not achieve a unitary project that will add value.

Something that is also important in this project is its perception from the road. A good letter of introduction from such a visited place is the best claim for the success of the development. Our intervention is going to be controversial, in any case, but we must think about how to minimize its impact on public opinion.

The most relevant impact is the one produced by a linear succession of aligned blocks on the promenade. One of our first determinations was to terrace the blocks in order to minimize their impact, and make the same height variable so that it does not form a wall for pedestrians. With the same objective, the building line has been made more flexible.

Our proposal seeks to generate an adaptation to the environment, providing continuity to the organic silhouette. It is proposed to solve the faults that the current complex has, generating more views of the sea, adding profitable uses, improving mobility, creating green and public spaces and innovating with architectural design. In the end, all this analysis leaves behind a cloud of points that guides us and delimits our project, drawing a great green wave that hangs over the eternal sea of the Romans; that reduces smoothes and shortens the promenade, which hides the houses under a green blanket.

The Master Plan we've devised embodies a harmonious integration of nature and urban planning, where the boundaries between Getxo, Sopela, and Izadian blur seamlessly. This interconnectedness allows the project to not only absorb but also enhance its surroundings, creating a cohesive and integrated urban fabric.

Central to this vision is the creation of organic and fluid pathways that weave through the landscape, stitching together pre-existing elements with new interventions. This approach serves to heal the scars of urbanization while enriching the overall urban experience.

In a time of sluggish sales, we propose a distinctive model of urbanization and housing—one that sets itself apart from existing offerings in order to stand out in a competitive market. This model prioritizes differentiation, offering unique features and amenities that appeal to discerning buyers seeking something truly exceptional.
